DarkLiege
I'm just curious as to what year of what M was Sangy finally united with his Father, The Emperor? I know Sangy was the 10th Primarch found by the Emperor. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/279243-sangys-reunited-with-his-father/ Share on other sites
Conn Eremon
As far as I know, this has never been stated. I think the only one whose discovery is known to that much detail is Alpharius Omegon. But even that is only when discovered by Horus. Who knows how long it was until he met the Emperor. DarkLiege
Oh okay thanks, Cormac Airt. I searched Lexicanum on the time line section and did not find anything about it. So I thought to it might have been sighted somewhere else. However this makes you wonder if GW will ever realize a set date of when the Emperor and Sangy. was first united or if BL will touch upon this subject (though highly unlikely they will not). Conn Eremon
The meetings of a few Primarchs and the Emperor have been explored by GW and BL. They just don't really bother to attribute dates to them. Adra'Melek
I think adding dates to them just means it's another thing they have to not to contradict. There is supposedly that list of the order they were found that writers work to but I can't see ever being dates (until maybe they're done with Heresy and release an overview book or something. Grizwald23
The problem with that is that the BL will milk every dollar they can out of the HH series since it makes them so much money. Not that I'm complaining since I love the books. But at the rate their going it will be at least a decade or more till it ever gets finished if ever. Kol Saresk
They also still have five more years of a war that covers pretty much the entire galaxy. Even the spark notes are going to be encyclopedia sized. Valkyrion
50 books, I believe, at a rate of 4 a year and we're currently at book 20 I think, so another 7 years before it's finished. I'll be nearly 40 by then. Christ. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/279243-sangys-reunited-with-his-father/#findComment-3445172 Share on other sites
Kol Saresk
I won't even be thirty :P Although out of curiosity, the four books a year is just standard books, not the ebooks or audiobooks, correct? Balthamal
Well we know Horus was the first, and I mean it stands to reason that the next couple would be those encountered closest to Terra ie in the northern western corner of the galaxy. In Prince of Crows Sevatar states that it was something in the order of a century he has been in service to the VIII which leaves it open to interpretation abou exactly how long it was between the Night Haunter being found to him joining the Legion. What is definitely known is that Rogal Dorn, Ferrus Manus, Fulgrim and Lorgar were all rediscovered before him Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/279243-sangys-reunited-with-his-father/#findComment-3445211 Share on other sites
