trevoroftzeentch Posted September 1, 2013 Share Posted September 1, 2013 I would love to use psykers, but it just so happens I often play against my mate who runs space wolves. More often then not he fields two rune priests. With their runic weapon they can nullify a psychic ability on a 4+ as long as they're within 24". Even in a psi-heavy Thousand Son list, you're still only running three or four psykers at the most. Target the rune priests with deep-striking or infiltrated Obliterators and they won't last long. trevoroftzeentch Posted September 1, 2013 Author Share Posted September 1, 2013 He usually has the rune priest in a squad of grey hunters with an attached wolf guard in terminator armor with storm shield in front. Architect Posted September 1, 2013 Share Posted September 1, 2013 All the psychic powers that you'd spam are bs anyway such as our aspiring sorcerers spells. Double up on two good psykers and focus damage output on his. The trick to lots of psykers is making a list that can fight without em.
