librisrouge
There are only two kinds of kill, enough kill and not enough kill. If the enemy isn't dead, or if there are still references to said slain enemies life, family, etc. in galactic records, then you need to use more kill. *Furyou Miko
Overkill is a Munitorium term defined as "the point at which ammunition expenditure exceeds lethal potential". It is a theoretical value used for balancing books and little else. On the point of the Avenger, the other argument is that since you can only fire four guns, and it comes with three, the best use for the wing hardpoints is bombs or missiles - single-shot weapons that you won't be snapfiring unless you have some insane cause to alphastrike something. Warhead01
I have become interested in the bombs recently. My thoughts are I like artillery a lot. A bombing run is effectively the same thing. albeit More related to mortars then heavy artillery. I feel a blastmarker even scattering is more rewarding then a one shot missile that if it misses, well then thats it. A scatter could still work for me. The avenger reminds me of a crop duster mixed with an A-10. So having less bombs or missiles in a way feels right.
