Shrike validating master of deception?

So shrike has a rule granting infiltrate and stealth to the squad he joins.

 

See, But Remain Unseen: Shrike has the Stealth and

Infiltrate special rules. Before deploying, he may only join

squads of jump Infantry.

 

If you could grant an IC infiltrate and then join him to a squad to let them infiltrate was contested point, but this shows intent.

 

Although, I can still see people argue that this will only let you outflank via infiltrate, as you cant join a squad before you deploy them, and infiltraters deploy last.

It says specifically he can join them before deploying, that knocks out hte old problem he had with 'but he cant join until deployment, and so theyre already allocated before he infiltrates' issues.

 

Looks clean to me.
