That is actually the black Automotive Primer. My compressor was at my brothers house when I went to prime these 6 and I got impatient. I can't get anything done over the weekends for some reason even though I try every week. I actually experimented with a different paint product called Rub-N-Buff on a color test mini. I ask, as I'm not 100% on crusade era armor, and it looked like a few Mk2 pieces were swapped around in there with some Mk4 and Mk5. Anywho, keep it up! ephrael Posted September 30, 2013 Author Share Posted September 30, 2013 Melice, the messed up looking arm in the Heavy Bolter marine is a bionic replacement piece from FW. It didn't photograph well I'm afraid. Flint, I plan on mixing armor pieces in my squads for now to represent battlefield repairs and replacements while in Crusade.
