Grav weapons and No Armour Value

How do grav weapons wound against models with a toughness value but no armour save?  Im thinking of daemons mostly which only have a 5++.

I believe that the codex entry says that you wound on a 6+ against 6+ or no armor values.

This is correct, so a grav weapon will always be able to potentially do something.
