Quixus
I did not know techmarines were allowed to wear TDA. otherwise nice models and paintjobs.
Lysimachus
Lol, that's not TDA, that's Un-domitus pattern Artificer Armour! Nah, to answer seriously, in my Chapter's fluff (who are IH Successors) TDA is highly venerated so often goes to important officers. Then I had a set of TDA bits left after building my HQ and squad leaders and I figured I could counts-as for the Techmarine's AA 2+ Sv. I play pretty rarely (and never have in a competitive setting) so it's not a problem as far as WYSIWYG goes.
Lysimachus
Next unit up: Predator Battle Tank: http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Pred1-1.jpg http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Pred2-1.jpg Quite happy with this one, particularly the kitbashed Deimos pattern front and the orange glass on the turret hatch! C+C always welcome!
Lysimachus
House Malgor The Knights of House Malgor have a long and proud association with the forges of Gharant III. Since the days of the Horus Heresy, brave warriors of the House have piloted their mighty war machines in the defence of the Havilar Sector. House Malgor was based on the Knight World of Basilax until the middle of the 37th Millenium. At that time, the expansion of several Ork empires brought the Knight World under attack, flooding it beneath a green tide. Most of the Knight Houses of Basilax were destroyed in the defence of their home but Malgor, who were at the time serving with elements of the Legio Mallei Argentum near the Cadian Gate, endured. Now, joined by a handful of lone Knights from the other Houses who survived the death of Basilax, Malgor is based on Gharant III itself and is ably supported by the vast resources of its forges. Detachments of Knights commonly act as close support or in a flanking role for battle groups of the Silver Hammers, or occasionally as line breakers for Skitarii regiments or the Households of the Marines Adamant. Ser Darius Highwolde piloting the Errant-pattern Knight Unrelenting Fury: http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Marines%20Adamant/imagejpg1.jpg http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Marines%20Adamant/imagejpg2.jpg http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Marines%20Adamant/imagejpg4.jpg http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Marines%20Adamant/imagejpg3.jpg The markings seen on the Unrelenting Fury are common to those found on all Knights of House Malgor. The larger icons on each shoulder clearly represent the House's loyalty to the Emperor and the Adeptus Mechanicus. Other symbols include the badge of the Gharant III Forgeworld, seen on the left side of the left shin, as well as various kill and honour markings. Notable among these are the six super-heavy vehicles kills depicted by the blood drips on the right shoulder and the Chapter badge of the Marines Adamant on the left knee. http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Marines%20Adamant/imagejpg5.jpg http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Marines%20Adamant/imagejpg6.jpg Another notable visual feature on the Knights of House Malgor is the replacement of the House badge on the pauldron with the ensign of the Legio Mallei Argentum, while Malgor's Hanzir (a boar-like species indigenous to Basilax and now believed to be extinct) is relegated to the left shin. When the world of Basilax was lost to the hated Orks and the House was forced to relocate to Gharant III, the Princeps of the Silver Hammers insisted that they should show honour to those who had rescued them from destruction. With no other means of repair or resupply, the Lords of Malgor were forced to submit.
Brother Argent
Sweet. A mighty addition to the Marines Adamant and a stunning blue, particularly on the tilting shield. Love it. Makes me want to get my own knight so much more...

Lysimachus
Thanks guys! Well, it's been a stupidly long time coming but thanks to the ETL here's an update: Taylarkhan-pattern Battle Automata are a common sight amongst the military forces of Gharant III's Adeptus Mechanicus. Heavily armed with powerful grav weaponry and missile launchers, their monstrous frames stride into the tumult of battle, obliterating the enemy and ignoring all but the heaviest incoming fire. Occasionally, these mighty constructs will be loaned to the Forge's allies, serving beside Regiments of the Gharant V Imperial Guard or the Households of the Marines Adamant. http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/simoncherylm/Marines%20Adamant/IMG_0734.jpg
BrotherCaptainArkhan
Nice stuff! Have you considered a wash or two on that white? It might draw out some more contrast and help them fit in with your already quite dark Marines Adamant. THey look much better than regular Centurions, great job on that build. I'm honoured that you'd add my name to their pattern, but I think you did enough to make them 'your own' too - the missile launcher fists in particular are inspired. Wolfmerc
Really nice centurions! You should do a tutorial on these guys.
