Stormraven Disembark-skies of blood-fury

i did the following question, in previous thread       :

 

If a stormraven gets locked velocity by immobilized result, can disembark units with skies of blood? or its disembark restriction or disembark normally?   

 

and i had some replies yes, but i think they are wrong  :)

 

Please correct me if i am wrong,

 

page 77 :

If a Zooming Flyer suffers an Immobilised result, its velocity is
locked. A Flyer with Locked Velocity cannot change speed
for the rest of the game,

 

 

page 80 :

Flyers can usually only make a special kind of move called Zoom.

 

 

Finally, models
cannot embark upon, or disernbark from, a Zooming Flyer. 

 

 

 

 

 

SO.... if u get immobilized you have to continue zooming your flyer, so you cant disembark your unit from inside,,,,,

Skies changes the rules on how they can disembark. The locked velocity doesnt specify that they cant disembark, thus.... they can use skies to get the heck out.

if the stormraven has moved more than 6'' they can still disembark, but they do as follows : ........

 

Is this what you mean?

 

Isnt count as disembarking? still?       

 

i think it overrules it, as it cant anymore disembark, cause it has to zoom so it cant.....
