Jetbikes question

Just for clarifications sake, do jetbikes count as skimmers? I was wondering because the imp guard hydra flakk tank has auto targeting which is supposed to be able to utterly wreck skimmers and jetbikes as they can't get a jink save against it. However with recent FAQ it's now a skyfire weapon without interceptor but still has the auto targeting effect of ruining the weekend for flyers and skimmers.

They do not, they are a subtype of bikes. All skimmers to date are vehicles, as it is a subtype of... vehicle.

RAW says they are Jet Bikes, they are Jet Bikes. That's simple.

Ok thanks, that's what I was figuring but wanted to make sure.

So it can snap shot at jetbikes and IF it hits at BS1, it denies the jink save.

The way I see guard roll, twin-linked BS 1 will probably do just as well as regular BS 3.
