Of course, only the loyalists are the bits I like though lol, usually I can tolerate bad guys and overlook their negative traits in favour of the positives but the Emperor's Children traitor side is just the pits, I can't find anything I like about them.

Ditto. I like Khârn (my favorite traitor character actually), Ahriman, Argel Tal, even that traitor bastard of Lorgar... But the EC...hell...And I even liked Fulgrim and the guys like Vairosean and Kaesoron before the fall but after that...they're just Slaanesh bitches. Hell, I even got the flayer psycho of Sevatar in my top 5 list of traitors who I would offer a beer, but the EC...

Agreed. The best part of Angel Exterminatus was Grendel punching out his commanding officer, for falling into excess with those purple bastards. Better than that was in Aurelian, when Lorgar whupped Fulgrims' butt from one side of Horus's conference room to the other.

I was hoping the EC would become a bit more enjoyable to read as the heresy went on, but now they're just doing the old "sex, drugs and rock n roll" bit, which is getting old. Damn hippies.

But but but Doomrider....

Do not forget the Loyalist Iron Warriors Warsmith Auric Saxton that destroyed Lord Commander Iddinam of Emperor's Children from Betrayal HH Book 1.

Dammit I'd passed that when I was reading it. That fact plus Dantioch gave me certain ideas for an allied detachment of Iron Warriors for my Imperial Fists army

Agree with heathens on the Emperor's Children. For me, their post-Heresy identity is one of the weakest, lame of the Legions. I'm just not a Slaanesh fan. Prior to their fall, however, there was a lot of ground to cover. Sadly, it feels like they jumped to the end. What glimpse we had of their former identity was rapidly overshadowed by what they became.

I sometimes wonder if I'm the only person reading these books who ended up liking the traitor Emperor's Children...

It's not that we don't like them I personally love fulgrim in excess mode :)

I just hate Fabius and eidolon they are the worst facets of humanity egotistical nazi bastards

Wow thanks for all the information guys. I m stuck between loyalist W.E or Luna Wolves now, or potentially a mixed force as my although i like the idea of loyalist W.E. my current collection of miniatures is bereft of chain axes!  On that note the Luna Wolves colour scheme is a pearly white right which black trim ?
