If you're planning on spending a load of money on a HH BA army it might be worth waiting for whichever Forgeworld book that they're in comes out. Unfortunately I have no idea when that is, so you could be waiting years laugh.png

Could start with the basic models that every marine army would have.

Betrayal is a must for this trilogy, however the Blood Angels book is in a different trilogy, whose first book, like Betrayal, is a must for that trilogy.

So if you get Betrayal, you can start playing right away. But there could be two other books coming out that you will require for the Blood Angels' rules.

Blood Angels (and Dark Angels) are due to be in the Signus book, which is the second book in the next trilogy.

book three of this trilogy is likely to be out around March/April from what was said at GDUK.

book one of the next trilogy Is prospero, it sounded like they were aiming for that to be around GDUK maybe Christmas, which mean the soonest we'll see BA rules for HH is likely to be early 2015.

I'd suggest in the meantime, either use a basic legion list (which will frankly be inferior to some of the lists using legion specific stuff *cough*deathguard rad grenades*cough* or maybe see if you can get your opponents to agree to ally in some 40k era sanguinary guard (pretty much the only unit that cannot be easily replicated with legion rules - closest would be honour guard, perhaps an honour guard and two centurions = 1 sanguinary guard squad, then a praetor to round it off.

Was the order of the next trilogy confirmed? The last Heresy Weekender, it was said that the order shown was just to show what will be there, not order of the books. Signus could be 1st 2nd, or 3rd.

Yes it was confirmed at gduk. Prospero, signus then calth.

Prospero is wolves and suns, I got the impression itd have stuff for custodes etc too.

Signus is blood angels and dark angels too so presumably will have more night lords and daemons.

Calth will be word bearers and ultramarines but a big part will be imperial army.

Prospero has rules for Wolves, Sons, Sisters of Silence and Custodes :) all confirmed - Signus will be interesting as other than BA & DA who else is there? Apparently either in Signus or Calth we'll get Dorn and Sigismund but idk... Calth is indeed the one to introduce the Imperial Army in a big way, but again mainly Ultras (inc. Girlyman ofcs) and Word Bearers.

Yeah Inferno (TS/SW/Sisters of Silence/Custodians) is next, then it's the so far unnamed book based on Signus with Blood Angels and Daemons as well as Dark Angels and Dark Mechanicus during the Battle of Paramar V, as far as I can recall.

Imperial Fists, Alpha Legion, Raven Guard and Iron Warriors are in the next book, the Fists entry will include Sigismund and Dorn.
