nurglespuss
Hi guys, seeing as I don't like the mutilator models too much, I've made my own representation. I've always wanted to make a terminator on a bike, and so here he is! A member of my new Rebel chapter - the Lords of Metal. http://angelsofbaal.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/savedpicture-2013111213221.jpg?w=604http://angelsofbaal.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/savedpicture-2013111213228.jpg?w=604http://angelsofbaal.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/savedpicture-2013111213233.jpg?w=604http://angelsofbaal.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/savedpicture-2013111213238.jpg?w=
Firepower
Well...huh. Can't say I ever expected to see something like this. Which is good. I like being surprised by people like you :) It's a very strange model, some of it is good quirky, some of it is not so good quirky. The very idea of it is good quirky, no doubt. You beefed out the mufflers a bit to help match the sized up rider, but I feel like the bike could've used a bit more beefing up. The painting is quite nice. The little modelling details are pretty entertaining, too, especially the little chain running all over it. The one thing that really bothers me is the base. I understand that you've made it as a Counts As model, and I imagine you're using the appropriate base for the Mutilator model, but seeing something that big, bulky and mean on a base half its size just looks wonky. Kraytirous
A really cool concept, but I guess in my mind I fail to see how a bike represents any part of the Mutilator's wargear?

Jolemai
In this instance, yes.
Tonal
I like it. I like it a lot. However, I must agree with Firepower about the base, perhaps if you don't replace it you might repose it so the model is going up off the base, rather then down and on it? Emperors Immortals
I did not expect to like this, but I do. Firepower is right, entertaining details like the chain or the pointing finger really help keep the eye long enough to think "Yes, this model should exist." Well done, esp the warband name ;)
Corsair
Still disappointed you didn't give him a giant shotgun and a leather jacket, but still awesome
nurglespuss
Thanks for the comments and compliments everyone! I think from the feed back, i might be tempted to add a spit of land from base to rear wheel. That might help. I've just got hold of some more plastic krak so will post more of this army soon :)
