Bloody Legionnaire Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 I'm going to be putting some 'ardcoat on my Grey Hunter's shoulder pads to get them ready for some transfers. Do you guys recommend thinning 'ardcoat a little bit so that there aren't any brush marks? GhostLegion Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 for the paint on varnishes, yes...I would recommend thinning slightly to prep for transfer work. other applications id recommend against thinning the varnish, but this one just a bit thinner is helpful in my experience. You don't have to thin them though because I glooped some straight from the pot on a test figure and spread it out evenly and it dried clear.
