Reede
Hail Brothers, I'm having a bit of a conundrum. I'm currently in the process of building my Long Fangs, but I want to wolf them up a bit with some bitz from the spaces wolves kits (wolf tail talismans, wolf head one, etc..) I'm looking at these pieces and to me, it doesn't seem like a bit of glue is really going to hold it very well in the day-to-day use of the models, transferring it to and from the case holder I have for them. I was thinking of getting a little bit of greenstuff and just kind of overlapping the top chain piece to the model and letting it dry, though I can't say I have any skill with green stuff so i'd prefer to not get too involved with it just yet, though that is currently my leading option for stability's sake. My question I come to you with is this. How do you get bitz on your wolves? Any suggestion for this lowly blood claw? infyrana
You could drill a bit of a paper clip into where you want it, and hook it over the paper clip. Use the liquid paint form green stuff (that's quite fun) if you just want to thinly polyfil gaps or cover over blemishes. You could cut or file out a shallow section to give more surface to gluing the parts on, or just redesign the bit with a knife and file and custom make it fit. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/282850-spaces-wolves-bitz-on-vanilla-marines/#findComment-3513557 Share on other sites

I've never had any problems with superglue concerning adding on the SW kits... Rune_Priest_Rhapsody
Patience is a virtue. And along with that, swearing profusely at tiny pieces of plastic that are now glued to your fingers, waving them around wildly while your partner stares at you with a look you've not seen before, nor will any time soon. These are the things it will take. Also look for crevices and flat surfaces to place your pieces. As you grow into the hobby, these things will become second nature. Then one day you'll be the one leaving a humorous sarky response on the internet when another youngster asks this, or a similar question!! Reede
Haha, trial by fire it is then I suppose, I'll post some pictures though just to clarify, and if anyone wants to post some of the way they've done theirs I would to see them xD Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/282850-spaces-wolves-bitz-on-vanilla-marines/#findComment-3514108 Share on other sites
