Question on Ultramarines Chapter Tactics

So sorry if this seems like a totally obvious question, but I've only just now gotten into planning an army list for an army using Ultramarines tactics and if I am reading this correctly, I can use each of the powers once per game. Is that right? So on my first turn I could use, say, tactical. Then turn two I could use assault and on turn three I could use devastator. Do I have that right? Or can I only pick one to use once? 

 

Again, sorry for a question that might seem obvious. I'm just confused over the wording.

Nope, you've got it right.

You can use each one once per game.

 

Take Calgar and you can use one of them twice, the other two once each.
