Olgerth Istaarn
Not sure if this is the right section, but seems just about as right as it'll get. PuppetsWar released these troopers a while ago: http://puppetswar.com/product.php?id_product=264. I've been waiting for someone to bite the bullet and put them next to GW miniatures. This guy did: http://stalker7.wordpress.com/2013/10/18/puppet-wars-light-infantry-troopers-part-1/ Part 2 of the blog contains a comparative size shot: http://stalker7.wordpress.com/2013/10/24/puppet-wars-troopers-part-2/?relatedposts_exclude=658 All in all it's a most excellent post for those who were looking to possibly purchase the troopers. All I can say is - another alt-Guard dream dashed (hell and damnation). The only way these guys will fit in with SM is if you build your SM to the Truescale standard and maybe not even then. Anyhow, hope this is helpful. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/283184-puppetswar-troopers-review-not-mine/ Share on other sites
Kurgan the Lurker
Look at Victoria Miniatures if you want alt-guard that are more in line with Marines (and better sculpted frankly). Olgerth Istaarn
Those are certainly cool, maybe someday they'll make a high-tech pseudomodern line.
