Lets suppose you have (Primary) White Scars and (allied, secondary) Dark Angels force. DA Librarian joins one of your Tac squad. Now, WS Tac squad gets Hit & Run from their CT, but the Librarian does not. So, when the time calls, can any of these guys (Tac squad+Librarian) use H&R rule?
