Predator Executioner

Ok, I recently unchaosified a predator I wasn't using (My loyalist III swiped it from my traitor XVI). I've magnetized the turret weapon so I can swap lascannon and autocannon. What I'd like to do is have the option of sticking the big honkin plasma cannon off a Leman Russ on there so I'd have a Predator Executioner.

My question is... Will it fit into the turret unmodified, with a little modification, or is this simply impossible? I personally don't know anyone nearby that has an IG tank I could take a look at to determine the feasabilty of this. So... if someone who HAS these parts lying about could give it a look see and let me know I would GREATLY appreciate it. (I called GW customer service, the guy I talked to was very friendly, but didn't know if it would fit either).

Local IG subforum to the rescue!

The back part of the plasma cannon is a little wide, but with a little bit of trimming it should fit. That also doesn't include any gap filling as well, might want to make it a little longer via use of plasticard, as mine's in the center-mount for the turret, as opposed to the rear mount I've seen in the FW tanks.

AWESOME!!!  Thank you VERY much.  I've got mine center mounted also.  So with a lil platiccard on the rear of the cannon this should come out PERFECT!  Now, off to E-bay to find the plasma cannon bitz.
