Where can I find rules for the Lesser Brass Scorpion, the one that can be made by converting 2-3 defiler kits? I think apocalypse: reloaded have the original rules, but was wondering if there have been updated rules for it.

new Apoc book i think, there is also rules for the greater in IA apoc and Pandorax.

 

But mostly its the same stats and weapons, it is only updated to have all the new deamon engines rules; IWND, Deamon,Possesed, Deamonforge.

There is no more rules fort the less scorpion because there is no GW miniature to sell. I use the rules of the greater one, even with a scratchbuilt 2/3defiler-based vehicle.

OK, guess I will just be using the greater rules then.  That also settles which army it will get painted as,  The scratch built one will be from Iron Warriors and if I every get a FW one it will go to my World Eaters.

Be wary that there is two incarnation of the Greater Scorpion rules.

 

First there is the IA APoc book from FW, where the Scorpion also has the Frenzied Charge rule, where you throw 3D6 for assault distance and addition all three of them.

 

The rest functions has before.

 

The other version of this model is in the Pandorax Warzone book, where it doesn't have the Frenzied charge rule, but the Runes of the Blood god rules, are much more harsher.

 

On a double 1 or double 6, the Psyker must roll on the Terrors of the Warp table from the Apoc book( you know the table, that functions a bit like the Fiascos table for Magic in Battle)

 

Apart for those 2 differences, they are identicall.
