irwit
Hi all this may be old news but looking through codex inquisition i see the Liber Heresius can give you scouts special rule. So if you are leading some rather angry DCAs in a Land raider would this mean you can all get a free scout move? Pyro X
it that is correct but if I'm understanding this right the transport must be paid from the cost of the unit rather than from heavy support. Meaning that a henchmen squad can pay for a land raider (or other nonflying transport) and have it scout if the inquisitor is in the squad and he passes his LD test. You couldn't get terminators in a land raider though because they are still allies and can't ride in each others transports (even though grey knights have inquisitors), they don't as of yet have access to the new wear gear. Its a really cool idea though. you could also run one on foot and put him with some paladins or some other squad and it would be good as well. Just remember about scout, if you take a scout move on the first turn you can't assault the first turn. Also the movements for scout are different depending on the unit type, everything is 6" but vehicles and walkers whom move 12". Reclusiarch Darius
The thing is though, the Inquisition supplement hard-counters itself. Enemy servo-skulls can block your Scout moves haha Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/284464-scouting-landraiders/#findComment-3546208 Share on other sites
