Well this will be my last army I paint for a bit.

1 nephillim

Honour guard and characters.

 

 

 

It's not the best paint job but it's better than 99% of the armies that it will play against.

So chaplain librarian techmarine 3 different choices for company master and command squad

This will be nearly the whole of the 3rd company

All that's left will be 15 more devestators 10 more tac marines and 10 assault and that's the full 3rd company.

Yes, yes you do, but...   I would either seek out a vallejo color Dark Grey or mix a 50/50 mix of that grey with black.  You get the same effect but it isnt nearly as glaring...

Nice looking army mate! Aces! I like the cockpit canopy on your Nephilim. Care to share how you did that?

Try using shadow grey to highlight the black. It looks a little grey/blue and works well.

 

Great work so far and it is nice to see your force grow.

Very nice the green canopy is pretty cool as for highlights I normally use dawnstone and then administratum Grey for black armour.

DR- I'll give that a try

 

Capt sox- all I did was buy two pots of way watcher green glaze and soak the cockpit submerged in a small container of the glaze, let it soak 24hrs then washed with bile tan green.

 

Elmo- I've given that a try on the raven wing and it looks ace :)

So I'm in the last stages of this project for now.

Wytchfire studio bases are on their way to finish basing the army.

 

The nephillim will be finished tonight and last but not least I gave my cousin this predator for his army.

 

Once it's complete I'll add a piece here and there as he obtains more models.
