Predictions for Book 3 Legion Rules

As an Alpha Legion fan I'm eagerly awaiting the next book. I can't decide between them and the Death Guard until it is out.

For he legion rules: I'm liking the idea of a redeploy into enemy zone. I'm expecting non-marine units for some specialists.

I'm more interested in how they'll do the Primarchs though. I thought about it a while back and I reckon there's maybe 3 possibilities I'd like (in all of them the twins have slightly worse stats than the average Primarch)...

A) They have a shared profile and they have to decide how to split attacks and possibly WS/BS etc each turn so that one of them can act like a Primarch whilst the other poses as a Squad leader marine or they can both act like uber-preators at the same time.

b) They have Primarch like rules with slightly worse stats than average (and maybe only 3 wounds) BUT when they lose their last wound on a 2+ they swap with a friendly model with 1 wound lef (in a range or anywhere I dunno) because AHA! That model was Alpharius all along!

C) You may secretly choose a model to be Alpharius and don't announce which model he is unil you choose. If that model dies to shooting he instead becomes the closest friendly model of the same type (e.g. recon marine or veteran marine)

I'm sure there was another idea I thought of but damned if I can remember it!

P.s. I liked Deliverance Lost

EDIT: Capital b and ) makes smiley >.>

Im hoping the IF Legion rules don't focus too much on the Heavy Support section and that most of our special units are elite choices. It would be interesting to see how they 30Kify Bolter Drill, like they did the Iron Hands chapter tactics with Inviolate Armor. Maybe they will blend the IF and BT tactics to boost their challenges, basic shooting, movement, and armor penetration.

Don't forget that the AL's stealth and such are in the run up to war, when ws is commiteed, they are as other legions, but with a preference for attacking from multiple directions.

I'd expect them to be able to choose where they enter play from reserves, accurate deepstrikes/rerolls for reserves (on time, on tagret).

I would have been more impressed with the infiltrators in Deliverance Lost if they had fooled the Primarch Corax instead of his dumber brother "Khorx".

You can tell them apart because Corax would have had the last loyalist Word Bearer (okay, second to last after Vulkan Lives) taken in for interrogation.

I'd imagine he was very unhappy that Khorx punched the Chaplain's face off while screaming "KILL! MAIM BURN!"

Wait, where did Corax snuff a loyalist Word Bearer?

Well, when he came back to Deliverance, the Word bearers Chaplain that had been sent to the XIX Legion to ensure the Edict of Nikea had been taken into custody. Khorx walks in, yells at him and then kills. We don't know if the Word Bearer was Loyal or not, just that he wasn't given a chance and wasn't even interrogated to see if he knew anything of the Word Bearers' upcoming battle plans.

I think corax is given a bit too much grief, you've just been betrayed by 8 of your brothers, as far as you are aware another 2 are dead, you were being hunted and your sons culled for days/weeks, and when you finally get home the son of one of your traitorous brothers is there. Yeah you know what ignore what I said because we would all be perfectly calm sane and rational...

on topic, castellan rhinos please

Yeah, I was rather disappointed with Khorix.

Hopefully Corax returns to kill the upstart clone in a properly depressing manner.
