There hasn't been any update for many of the codices since April, and some of them really need updating. The problem is that there is no incentive for them to release a FAQ unless there is a blatant mistake noticed between the book being published and it going on the shelves, as what GW don't want is people returning the product. They'd much rather put the Development Team to use writing codices and (pointless) supplements rather than correcting the mistakes that come with rushing loads of books through. So that's what they're doing. So, to answer the questions: 1 - Nobody outside the Development Team is going to know the answer to that, sorry. 2 - As far as we can tell, no. Laterz...
