How many times can you take the same strategic asset in Apoc

Hello all, This came up in a game i played last week, me and my opponent couldnt find anything to say you couldnt take the same asset more than once. I thought you could only take an asset once but maybe im wrong?

 

Can anyone shed any light on this?
