L30n1d4s
Here is the scenario: you take a SM Chapter Master with the Teeth of Terra Relic and a PF, giving him 4A base + 1A (for two specialist weapons) +1A on th charge for 6 attacks on the charge. Now, part of the Teeth of Terra Special Rules is that it gives its user Rampage (i.e. +D3 attacks if he is outnumbered)... obvioulsy this would apply if he is using the Teeth of Terra (giving him between 7-9 attacks on the charge), but does it also apply if he uses his PF instead of the Teeth of Terra? The Teeth of Terra rules simply say: Specialist Weapon, Rampage, Strikedown.... I am not certain if the Rampage part of that applies no matter what weapon the Chapter Master is using or only if he is using the giant Relic Chainsword. Any thoughts/insight? Demus Ragnok
Well, it seems that the rule applies to the weapon and not he model. Therefore the rule would not be in action if the weapon isn't being used. Just my 2 cents. 3DJutsu
Exactly. Similar situation would be a Librarian with a Force Axe and Power Sword. You get the extra attack but the special rules from only one weapon. Otherwise the aforementioned Librarian setup would Effectively have a Force Sword and a Force Axe. Another example would be Force Sword / Thunderhammer or Power Fist. Though 'Force Fists' or 'Force Hammers' sound pretty sweet. Admit it, you know you want it.
