This guy was a ton of fun to convert and paint. I used Mutilator legs and shoulder pads, a Grey Knight Terminator body, a couple of terminator bits, and the cloak is from the FW Zufor model. I really wish I could do up a whole squad of terminators like this, but at $50 for 3 mutilators... I think not.
