Wade Garrett
Honestly, the biggest "wubbity wub wub" example I can think of is Dan Abnett writing Gaunt and Inquisitor Lilith having a brodown at the brodeo with the eldar. Conn Eremon
As long a it isn't "wubby wub wub" and it is "What? That eldar ship flew right in front of my guns as I was firing." I should be okay. Considering that the most often used examples of "wubby wub wub" are far more "What? That eldar ship flew right in front of my guns as I was firing" than "wubby wub wub," I doubt it will mean much to many who are against zenos-human alliances. But not all examples. Like C.S. Goto. There's a reason Heathens gets that twitch in his left eye. True enough, though I throw that into the "horrible writing" complaints bin, rather than the "Stop changing mah setting" one. Wade Garrett
Ah yes, "Dawn of War". An alleged franchise about a Chapter founded from Traitor gene seed that somehow has relics from all 18 original Legions and the Custodes and is led by a Khornate Librarian. We have dismissed those claims. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/285742-scars/page/2/#findComment-3572207 Share on other sites

Marshal Rohr
Hold up. Since when is that the date of the Siege? The day of the Emperor's Ascension is 757.014.M31. There are 365 Sidereal days in a single year, 1000 segments in an Imperial Year. So 365 divided into a thousand equal segments is .365 d/s. So the Siege of Terra is 198 days long? That can't be right. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/285742-scars/page/2/#findComment-3572334 Share on other sites

Frosco Toppings
I enjoyed the story but I was little disappointed that they didn't go with the help from a surprise faction (unless the Alpha Legion bit was supposed to represent that) They get help from the Orks. "What we gonna do, boss?" "Let's er, kill da blue wuns! Get 'em lads!" Red Angel
Hey every one i just finished reading the scars and there was a little bit that bugged me because i was always under the impression that the khan wanted to stay behind and help Russ fight the alpha legion, but Dorn needed him at Terra so he had to leave. In the book he basically gave Russ the finger and off he went to do his own thing. So is the BL version right and i had just had it wrong all these years? I would not say that Khan just gave the Russ the finger. He had a valid reasons to do as he did. We, readers know how the situation looks but he don't have that kind of knowledge so he must do his own search. About the BL version it isn't as much right as it is new. You could just stick to the old fluff. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/285742-scars/page/2/#findComment-3574096 Share on other sites

Kol Saresk
Except for the Night Lords and World Eaters. Then it's intentional.Exactly. They have to clean their weapons somewhere. What better place than in view of the enemy? The EC are too pretty to allow something as guttural as blood to spill forth from their Thunderhawks. Besides, they can't dance when the ground is wet.
