Growler67
There are pictures of the painted model easily found with a quick Google. The general "rule" however is: 'Your Army....paint it Your way'. GodEmperorOfMankind
Send Forgeworld a quick email, they'll get back to you in a day or two with a guide on what they used. Forté
Mid grey for the most. Very dark grey for shoulders, weapons and helm. Light grey for face plates. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/286010-carcharodons/#findComment-3577295 Share on other sites
Paulochromis
I'm midway through mine at the moment. I'm a very lazy painter, so used a can of Tamiya Haze grey spray over GW black primer to get my basecoat. I've gone with GW Chaos Black (old range) for shoulder/knee pads on my PA models, and am NOT happy - it's way too dark. Now looking to lighten it up with a dark grey. I'm planning to just use a Badab Black wash or Nulln Oil to just darken the TDA models. Was planning on using white for faces. Forté
That sounds about right to be honest. And finding shortcuts isn't lazy. Why do you think companies make coloured sprays and airbrushes. Growler67
That one has Ultramarime markings. As stated by the poster. I was offering the link as another example of a painted mini to offer creative variation options....Chapter markings would always be what one chooses to play/paint....duh.
