For the Apothecaries, it's "The Apothecary may take one of the following:" and then it lists Augury Scanner, Combiweapon, and Volkite. So you can't have a Volkite Charger and an Augury Scanner. You also can't buy a single extra CCW for the tactical squad, you gotta buy them for everyone.
