playing both armies, nothing new that specifically affects Space Wolves:

 

 

Carnifex base I is 2 now, so Jaws now is 2/3 kill rather than 5/6 kill.
Shadow in the Warp is -3 Leadership for all things on psykers within 12" rather than 3d6 psychic tests only.

With the horde mentality, i actually got enough hormagaunts around Canius to actually up his base attack for once, up to 7 (wish i could have given him Saga of the Warrior Born that game).

Mawloc spam is going to be a thing now, so watch your spacings between your troops.

 

New data slate is nothing to worry about, just a way to get more troops into the field and/or character hunting Lictors/Deathleaper all over the place.

Aside from Mawloc spam I've not seen anything that is much of a concern.  If anything its gotten a bit better with the -ld instead of 3d6 and no longer having access to biomancy.  Most of the tyranid players around me are doing the b&m about how they got nerfed because they don't have any metabreaking combos anymore and are either going to 3 hellturkey chaos or taudar.
