Forté
Hi. I'm going to be doing some converting and so far it's always been small things and I've used Kneadatite (green stuff). I'm now looking at doing a few larger things and was wondering if green stuff can be mixed together with Milliput as I have some of both. Shadespyre
Yes it can. I read about it somewhere a few years ago and tried it - I did 10-20% GS in white milliput - and it set off perfectly well. It ends up with different properties depending on the mix you make, I would have a google around to look for advice on that. I love Milliput - it sets much harder and stiffer than GS and can be sanded, drilled, filed more neatly - but it is messy to use compared to GS. I've always suspected the perfect answer lies in mixing them but I've never really had a project which justified further experiment. Hemal
You can get a full spectrum of hardness using different mixes of millput and GS.. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/286186-apoxy-putty-compatability/#findComment-3581534 Share on other sites
