Getting World Eaters on the table.

I got Adepticon coming up. AND I like others are signed up for the Horus Heresy tourney and also the Apoc game.

So I figured I'd start my log here now that things are starting to get rolling.
Here's where I'm at as of now. I know Angron can't be used, BUT he's being painted none the less.

Starting with counts as Khârn, Angron, Terminator Squad and LR Achilles

Lookig great so far. The battle damage is done well, especially on the LR. Angron is stunning as well, as is the Khârn, who should serve as a good champion model after the official Khârn is released.

To answer a couple questions asked.

Sorry I didnt do step by step pics. I will try that soon....

Basically, I prime black, then prime a grey at a 45 deg angle, and then instead of white, I prime a light grey at almost 90 degrees.

After drying, I will mix GW base grey(I think its called Celestail or something) with Palid Witch Flesh, and slap that on. Afterwards I take a grey Vallejo wash, and some black. Use a good deal of water/matte medium mix, and then wash all the white areas. Then I mix up the same base color with a bit of a pure white. Sometimes I use white scar, but I like P3 paints for white.

Afterwards, I do a bit more white mixed in there.

The blues are simple, just Kantor and then a mix of a bit lighter, metals are metals, but when I was my metals, I always mix that earthshade and nuln oil with my 'wash mix'(water/matte medium).

Then when that's all done, I throw a sealer on, and then start with the weathering. I usually use a mix of vallego, MIG and secret weapon pigments. Add a bit of matte medium, and use a sponge like that came with the old blister. Break it apart and leave it sort of uneven. Then I by hand add greys, browns, and off reds to create the look of multiple battlefields. I do the same thing with Blood for the blood god for their blood stains.

That's PRETTY MUCH it.

Oh and the paste stuff I use for the bases and landraider dirt, is some shyte that comes from Vallejo, called like... Dark Earth? Its a paste that goes on nicely, and then you can add pigments directly to that, add a fixer and they will stay nicely.

Please understand most of this I didn't come up with. I watched many youtube vids.
