Valkyrion Posted January 29, 2014 Share Posted January 29, 2014 The updated FW SAV list places Techmarines in the Elites section, but then says 'see Codex Space Marines'. Does this mean: 1 - They still don't use a FOC but I can only include one per HQ, but rather than be considered a HQ choice they are considered an Elite choice where that is relevant? or 2 - the mandatory HQ restriction is removed, but the Techmarine takes up a FOC slot?
