A few Questions to answer please

Hi All,

I was hoping you guys could help clarify a couple of things for me please.

  • Arjac has his foe hammer.  Am I right in thinking that when he throws it and it causes a wound it does not then reduce the enemy to Int 1.  The codex only displays assault 1.  in the stat line.  I read somewhere that it may actually reduce enemy to INT 1 as well, for a cheeky little jaws combo.    I have tried looking in the FAQ's but none mention the above.

  • ARJAC has Stubborn, so am I right in thinking that this transfers to his whole unit as well?  or just him? as the rule book says anyone in the unit.  I am thinking I am getting confused with older editions rather than just 6th for the above

These are probably  really newb questions but thought I would ask to clarify for myself.  so please forgive me.

  • JAWS - does it affect my own units as well if I am the caster?
  • JAWS if it hits a unit in close combat, do they ignore it?  (I assume that this is yes)
  • Hurricane if I use this and the enemy unit has ignore terrain, do they continue to ignore the terrain or are they now affected?   Again I looked in the FAQ but could not see anything referencing it.

Thanks.

Errata for SW v1.3: Q: Is a model that has suffered an unsaved wound, but hasn't been killed, from Arjack throwing his Foehammer reduced to initiative 1 until the end of the next player turn? A: YES

Yes, the stubborn rule is transfered, when anyone in the unit has it.

JAWS :

- yes it affects your units, but your unit cannot be targeted (you have to chose one enemy model as a target)

- units in HtH doesn't ignore it, but cannot be targeted

- the unit struck by Hurricane treat the terrain as difficult. If that unit ignore difficult terrain, it will ignore "magicaly difficult" terrain
