Vesper
The only possible way to slow down Nikona Sharrowkyn would be to make him face Gavriel Loken himself. Loken being a super-perpetual, that can't die without even being a perpetual. But then the reality would collapse on itself if those two end up clashing. Emperor's Furor
I wouldn't go over the top on Sharrowkyn, no doubt eventually some author will add him to the story for the sake of just killing him off just like Bion Henricos. Conn Eremon
Eh, Bion wouldn't be the only Marine to survive death in 30k. Hell, I bet if someone actually killed off Sharrowkyn, we would just find out later that he was saved by extensive augmentation by the Iron Hands, and taught to use hate as a weapon like they do. Sevatar
I really liked Henricos. He was about to kill Aximand, the filthy traitor. I would be pleased to see rules for him, what with being an incredibly skilled, strong and resilient fighter. Doesn't mean the top 20 have one from every Legion however."The top 20 might be inhabited by marines from all 18 legions or only 10 legions or fewer...we simply don't knowAs for your list, other than Sigismund being the likely #1, we have no idea how the others rank Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/286476-qin-xa/page/3/#findComment-3679620 Share on other sites
Kol Saresk
WoT: Actually Little Horus was published first. Then Nick Kyme reintroduced him in Feat of Iron(which is chronologically his earliest portrayal) and then Chris Wraight reintroduced him in Scars to show how he got together with the White Scars he was fighting with. But hey, Nick Kyme tends to kill most of the "not protected by plot armor" characters who pop up in his stories. Heck, he managed to kill Vulkan. I'm sure he could find a way to kill Sharrowkyn. :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/286476-qin-xa/page/3/#findComment-3679624 Share on other sites

SFH
You know, I first saw this thread, I got interested. Something about the White Scars, so it interested me. Then, I saw the ranking. And I saw Sharrowkyn. And my heart sank, because I knew without a shadow of a doubt, that this thread was going to completely derail and turn into a Sharrowkyn bashing thread. Now, I know that there are some strong feelings about Angel Exterminatus, and I respect the reasons, and I can see that this is all in good fun, but with regards to derailing each thread to mention Sharrowkyn and turn it into bashing, I all I can say is... ENOUGH! How many damn threads need to be derailed just because Sharrowkyn got mentioned?! First the Prince of Crows art thread (I still never got a satisfactory answer how that got there) but seriously, this is getting ridiculous! Just make a thread designed to bash him and go at it! Stop derailing threads just because he gets ''mentioned''! ...Okay, I just needed to get that out of my system. I will submit to the Magos Biologis for chemical reconditioning. Hence the manhunter power skulls, which drain the power from all Green Lantern rings. Although I believe we're off topic..... SFH
And with that, from what I remember from Scars, Qin Xa's kill tally is mentioned as being unsurpassed by any other member of the White Scars Legion, so in terms of the White Scars, he's probably their best. Also, with regards to Jubal Khan, I remember in Brotherhood of the Storm's artwork section that Jubal Khan was hastily given the rank of "First Captain" by members of the Administratum during a muster. He apparently thought it was funny and just called himself that for the lulz. Even in the grim darkness of the far future, trolling exists. reckoning
There shouldn't be any list, it's pointless. There are too many factors, and even then most of them are too equal for us to say "Yep, they'd win every time". In one of the Space Marine battles novels a Marine is chasing a human through a tunnel, there's a rockslide, the Marine is trapped under the rocks and the human comes back and executes him. Not to derail this thread any further but what battle novel is this from? Wade Garrett
That's nothing. In the short story "Words of Blood" by Ben Counter, a mob of Traitor Guard dogpile fully armed and armored Black Templar Assault Marines and beat them to death with rocks.
