Ammonius Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 I picked this up on the strength of the comments already made in this thread, and I am pleased with my purchase. This piece had so many little things that make it really good: The frame story from the point of view of a regular man at the edge of the Imperium, the little details that drive home the "feudal society in space" aspect of 40K, the things about the Space Wolves I like put to the fore, and then how the story ends. I think that with this, Guy Haley has moved up into my "Who wrote that? I'll buy it!" level of appreciation. I recommend it to anyone with an MP3 player.
