BassWave
The mauler fiend idea is a lot more difficult to pull off than you make it sound. Knights are higher initiatiave and only need one solid hit to kill most vehicles. You'll have to support the fiends with your army properly to get them up the board safely, especially if the knight has a melta cannon. If one fiend dies before making it to combat, your other fiend is going to be given the D... A decked out daemon prince would have an easier time. Or combi melta terminators, oblits, and even las cannon havocs would honestly have an easier time. Montuhotep
I never implied that it was foolproof! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/287210-defeating-a-super-heavy-walker/page/4/#findComment-3633765 Share on other sites
Montuhotep
I have never seen a Maulerfiend... In what context? The actual model or one in use? I would be genuinely taken aback if you hadn't seen the model......
