Background on Sigismund

Recommended Posts

So HH and FW have brought me back to W40k,

Working on expanding my old as dust BT army and would love to know which publications have the most fluff about Sigismund for any readers out there?

If I'm not mistaken, Book 3 covers IF? really hope they include some rules for him there and a FW model to match...

...frothinggggg

IF is in Book 3, but Book 3 seems to be focused on Istvaan V Part 2 and Phall.  So perhaps Sigismund will get mentioned and may have rules, but I'm inclined to think that Pollux will be featured more heavily, and Sigismund will get his time in the later books when they finally get to the Martian Forges and the Imperial Palace.  I think it's doubtful that the IF will get multiple non-primarch models in the Character Series, and that most likely, Sigismund will be the IF non-primarch character model, but I can't imagine Forge World covering Phall and then promoting Sigismund at the same time.

I believe rules wise FW have said whilst the IF part of Book 3 will be about Phall, the IF legion rules will allow you to field them at any point in the crusade. I can seem them giving rules to Sigismund for the simple reason that he is one of the few Imperial characters that lend themselves to multiple sculpts and rules change.

IF special characters in book 3 will be Dorn Sigismund and Polux. Sigismund and Polux will likely be released as a two pack like kor Phaeron and Erebus

Holy crap. Dorn, First Templar and First Crimson Fist. WHOA.

I think the expression you were looking for was HRRRNGHOHGODYES.

I believe the phrase you're looking for is "Shut up and take my money!"
