Sanct
I actually like some of the abrupt, "pointless" deaths. That's war. And in the grim darkness of the far future, I heard that's the only thing happening. I concur. As with all things it depends how it's written, but I concur. Says the biggest tease ever!!! haha. I like the fact that Loken is still alive, I just wish that a talented author from N. Ireland would write a book on Garro's teams adventures... now I can't wait to read a book that isn't even planned to be written. Or is it? In the Early Years of the Horus Heresy, a crack commando unit of inquisitive minds was formed. These men promptly escaped from a future of Grim Dark to the Terran underground. Today, still wanted by the High Lords, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if the Emperor can't help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire....the I-Team Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/287314-unheroic-deaths/page/2/#findComment-3605055 Share on other sites

Castrmen Orth
how about the iron warrior who gets pummeled by perturabo, due to the fact that sigismund isnt the enemy captain Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/287314-unheroic-deaths/page/2/#findComment-3608531 Share on other sites
Kol Saresk
He lived. Berossus became the Dreadnought that we first saw in Dead Sky, Black Sun and would go on to unsurprisingly survive his pummeling in Crimson Fist and everything else in Angel Exterminatus. Kol Saresk
Yeah, it was kind of one of the general complaints about Angel Exterminatus. We already know exactly what happens to each character so we end up knowing there is a massive amount of plot armor involved just because of that. And yet McNeill still mamaged to kill one of those characters.
