Minx Posted March 5, 2014 Author Share Posted March 5, 2014 @Chiv, unfortunately no filligree, wanted to keep him looking harder rather than fancy and elegant. He is to be used in several different armies, so the way we have done it will allow people to use him as a character in artificer in any chapter scheme without looking too ridiculous Wow! So do I have this understanding correct. The "grey" material is the FIMO, layered on top of two part epoxy and when you are finished you will bake the entire figure in a ________ and it will come out Ok? Will you do the robes in FIMO as well, or regular GS? This whole process fascinates me. Sculpey firm+ fimo classic yep.So for the robe we start with Brown stuff, rolled out really thin, we will video tutorial all this stuff in the future so dont worry, but anyways, brown stuff for basic form, then you bake quickly to harden, apply greenstuff so sculpey can stick, while its still wet start applying sculpey mix... Same goes for the plume! AND NOW!!!! ON TO THE FINAL PICS!!!!!
