Homeworld BFG?

With the remakes being released sometime this year and Gearbox allowing the IP to be used by the original creators of Homeworld in a prequel game, I started to get an interest in Homeworld miniatures preferably for use in Battle Fleet Gothic. In that search, I stumbled across a few things:

a) Is Shapeways a reputable source for things like this?

b: How balanced are the BFG rule sets for the Homeworld ships the guy posted?

These look awesome but I don't know if they ship to the US.
