Not seen in the above shot (but that I'll get pics of as soon as the weather clears up) - is a second Hades-Drake, two more Hell-Brutes, a Kharybdis, a Hell Talon (the thing is huge), three Slaanesh DPs, my Warpsmith (that keeps losing his mecha-tendrils) and 36 Daemonettes, 18 Seekers and the Masque (the latter to run the Promenade of Exquisite Excess).

 

I've relegated Spawn, Obliterators, Mutilators, Decimators, 3 other Nurgle DPs and Plague Marines to my other DG sub-faction detachment - that I'm combining with my Renegade Guard to make a Servants of Decay list. Some photos of them I've posted in the IG sub-form.

 

I don't think I'm going to do Khorne or Tzeentch for my CSM.

 

That said, I think I'm finally done painting my CSM / Daemons. Currently feeling some post-partum :(

 

Anyway - if anyone is interested my colors were pretty standard:

Chaos Black - Primer.

Naggaroth Night - Base Layer.

Xereus Purple - Second Layer.

Then washed with Druchii Violet.

Then (for vehicles edging) dry burshed with Lucious Lilac.

Then highlight edges with Genestealer Purple or in some cases more extreme Emperor's Children.

Emperor's Children was also used for the Power Weapons, tentacles, daemonic flesh, etc.

Leadbelcher, Chaos Black, Balthasar Gold, Nuln Oil for the weapons, bare metal and armor trim.

Lights, hair and some cabeling was Teclis Blue.

 

Terminators have GW WFB Dark Elf heads.

I'm just getting into falling to Slaanesh so it's inspiring to see an army like this.
