GhostMalone
Any idea if anyone does something similar to the Mki upgrade kit? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/287573-chapter-house-rhino-upgrade-kits/ Share on other sites
LaCroix
check the downloads section for a mk1 template to make the bits from card/plasticard. the chapter house ones ive seen have taken a lot of work to fix/fit due to thin resin, shrinkage and warping you know typical resin or get dodgy and buy the resin bits from ebay and dodge them up yourself Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/287573-chapter-house-rhino-upgrade-kits/#findComment-3609979 Share on other sites
Seleucus
As far as I am aware, there are only the Forgeworld and Chapterhouse options. The Forgeworld one is a complete resin and plastic kit : http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Space_Marines/Space-Marine-Tanks/MKIC-DEIMOS-PATTERN-RHINO.html The Chapterhouse one is just a conversion kit, but for a third of the price. http://chapterhousestudios.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=85_78&product_id=176 If you go the Chapterhouse way, you will need to do something about the stormbolter and second cupola, as well as the exhausts. However, their side vents are more true to the original GW kit. The only other alternative, other than following LaCroix' suggestion of doing your own kitbash, is to buy an original off ebay etc. They normally go for £3 - £10, although I note that there are some guys trying to sell them for £70 plus!!!!
