We die on our feet! Start of a new century

Recommended Posts

Bizzare I've got an ancient Stanley Knife with a very similar weathered effect on it, never thought about trying to copy it on models. I have been snapping away at any weathered metals and stone I see recently trying to build up a collection of material to look back over.

I love the dread but info agree with Lord Thron, the head needs something because it's getting lost in the rest of the model

@lord thorn..thanks for your suggestions mate...I suck at osl (damn color blindness) but will repaint the helmet crest black to hopefully make it stand out from all the silver...once again, really value your comments. .

@ the hydra..hey mate..hope all is well? Definitely get real life images to help with weathering. ..it helps that I wprk on building sites...and with the weather we have been having, you definitely get to see extremes of weathering. ..lol imperial fists players would love to see the dirty yellow diggers..
