Primarchs don't need helmets.

They hold their breath.

Right. Because this:

Looks so much better without a helm done in the same level of detail and style as the test of the armor.

However FW's faces match one's idea of the Primarchs, the truth is a bare face usually display a lot more mood and personality than a helmeted one.

Of course, pose and armour/helm design can help balance that, but I think helmeted Primarchs would fall one step short of being recognized as "That guy"

Just of note: on the topic of new stuff, its likely that tomorrow will see the release of the Myrmidon Secutors - there's a new [empty] elites page up on the Mechanicum section of the FW website, and unless there is a completely new unit about to be unveiled, the Secutors are the only known FW release for Mechanicum Elites:

Keep an eye out wink.png

I hope Alpharius & omegon are helmeted. They're supposed to blend in with the rest of the legion

I don't, I'll de-helm an entire legion if I can have my spy Xerxes let his hair out in the first and only glorious battle leap in his entire life. And if they dare put him in a shooting position...

Gloriously manly leap, or a crouching pose over a slain Custodian General sentry, nothing less.

And no interrupted "Ooh La La" power-armour-around-the-ankles shennanigans for Omegon.

Super spies are super serious, it is no laughing matter.

Of course that's the glory of our legion, we can both be happy; I dibs Alpharius.

Forge World won't be making any Alpha Legion special units or characters apart from Alpharius and Omegon. In the "Spirit of the Game" and "Forging the Narrative" they feel all armies presently painted or on workbenches can be considered Alpha Legion.

I can't believe they won't even do a infiltrator squad....or whatever the squad omegon leads....but who knows what their special rules will be

I can understand why the Alpha Legion won't get any specialised units, but still it would have been nice to see something other than A+O sad.png

This must be sarcasm since they mentioned Alpha Legion special units at the presentation...
