How many times may I fire my Cyclone Missile Launcher in the

Hi guys

 

If been struggling with how the cyclone missile launcher works. Since a terminator have 2 attacks standard, can he fire the cml twice in a round instead of firing the cml and his stormbolter once each.

 

Also for the dark angels if I take Belial, are my terminators taken as troop choices scoring or only troops for the purpose of the foc.

 

Will someone please clarify this for the noob.

Attacks only relate to the amount of attacks a model can make in close combat. Ranged weapons fire a number of times as indicated on their profile - e.g Heavy Bolters are 'Heavy 3' so can fire three times whether the model using it has one attack or ten attacks.

 

There are some Tyranid ranged weapons that use a models Attacks characteristic to determine rate of fire, but AFAIK they are the only ones.

 

Belial makes Deathwing Terminators score.

The cyclone missile launcher can be fired twice, but that is simply the weapon's profile. He can also fire 2 shots with the storm-bolter at the same time.

The Terminator's two attacks refer to attacks made in close combat.

 

Belial makes Terminators troops for the Force organisation and they are scoring like normal Marines.
