drsergen
the imperial fist 's rite of war ? i havent seen that yet, , , , did some searching and looking at cached websites and ive found it. this is it right. New Rite of War: The Stone GauntletPhalanx Warder Squads can be used as troops choices. Resolve of Stone: Anyone with either a Boarding Shield or StormShield in coherency with two other models which also have shields gains+1 Toughness. This bonus can't be used if the unit the model is part ofruns, charges, or makes a Sweeping Advance. Shield Charge: A model which fits the criteria for Resolve of Stone also gains Hammer of Wrath. Breacher Squads are the only permitted compulsory troops. No Deep Striking. Cannot take more Elites and Fast Attack choices (total) thanTroops choices. (e.g. if you have 3 troops choices, you can take 1elites and 2 FA or vice versa, but their total number can't exceed 3.) Can only take one Consul (except for Champions). Tyrannicide
I don't think this necessarily dispels the possibility of seeing a proper Polux model down the road, but someone from the FW studio already converted up this stand-in. Looks like a set of Praetor legs and an EC Phoenix Guard Terminator torso. http://i421.photobucket.com/albums/pp299/spencertrimm/previewpolux-1.png Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/288920-alexus-polux-and-crimson-fists/page/2/#findComment-3642503 Share on other sites
Blindhamster
Im not 100% convinced its a phoenix guard torso tbh, its too short, the angle of the wings is quite different at the top, the back isn't anywhere near as high. Or rather, if it is, i'd guess at about 50-60% having been resculpted. The legs definitely look like the praetor legs, right arm is from the character upgrade kit, not sure on head, it looks like a slightly modified mk3 one maybe, cant place the shield, it isnt a breacher shield or the tartaros shield. Maybe an unreleased or warhammer one of some kind?
