If you are not playing, how about not limiting yourself to a single army. Just pick a unit and decide what legion/warband you want to use for them. It will probably be easier to find a buyer for a squad of Plague marines or a Heldrake than one buyer for a whole army.

That's probably what I'll do.

Maybe even characters only.

There are so many factions that inspire me.

And it suits my add/adhd

If you're having more ocd than I am about choices, play a Black Legion force.  While you don't have to use their rules, you can consolidate multiple Legions and Chapter warbands into a fighting force.

Or that one 4th edition Warband made of WBs and NLs.
