Part 2 of that Corax trilogy I'm guessing? I'm more shocked at the fact we actually have fair warning on a le novella this time.

Annnd the link is down, dammit.

Got the youtube vid of it though,

ANOTHER Raven Guard book.... seriously??? When will the Wolves and Angels get more love, at this point the Scars have more screen time than 2 of arguably the most popular Legions on the Loyalist side. I would really love for them to flesh out what happens between Signus and Terra for the Angels and after Prospero for the Wolves :(

Another Ravens book? Awesome, I'm looking forward to some more Alpha Legion action. tongue.png

The Wolves have had a decent amount of HH love, the story arc of their legion looks interesting at least. The Angels should be left to rest until the BL figures out what they want to do with them. The recent stories have wandered pretty far from the direction the first two Angel books looked to be going.

I wouldn't mind a little something more about the 1k Sons post-Prospero. They've got some short story I still need to get to, but right now they have a nice mix of nominally-traitor forces in the Eye and nominally-loyal forces still wandering the Imperium. Pretty obvious story opportunities there for interactions between the two and between them and the Imperial and Traitor forces.

After Prospero has been covered for the Wolves in Scars and The Vengeful Spirit .

The BA also pop up The Unremembered Empire, and will most likely be the focus of the sequel.

So really both have more screen time than the WS, who only have Scars so far.

Just checked the update on Ravenlord- its now limited to 4000 copies... this is not a good sign is it?

It is what every novella does at first. Limited sale upon initial release. Something like three to four years later, a not so limited release. By the time those of us who shouldn't be having kids due to young age start having kids, there will be a paperback release.

The last few were limited by how many were ordered during the initial sale period, not by how many were initially printed. They did that after the Aurelian fiasco where the love for ADB overwhelmed the BL website and took it down, causing lots of people to miss out on their orders.

I am confused as to why they are going back to the old way, especially since the numbers for how many were ordered have been roughly consistent since Brotherhood of the Storm.

Being consistent may be why they changed; 4000 copies is 10-30% more than the number of the two LEs I have (Scorched Earth and Tallarn). Going to a fixed number lets them print it before it goes on sale, reducing their risk and uncertainty. It also gives them copies to flog at conventions.

If I had to guess, its because they're all signed by Gav Thorpe. He can only sign so many.

I  noted the last few LEs that I have purchesed all were around 3500-3700k or so, so 4k seems to be around the max right now that allows them to get enough out there to buyers and not to have to do the 8 week waiting period to print them.   I just wish they were active/alive on facebook like in the past where they answered questions.

He will definitely be sore after that session.
