I don't think we can get the Stormraven on its own, but the Stormraven+2 Stormtalons formation is available to us and best of all since its a formation, it doesn't count as a separate detachment (no HQ+ troop to get it), and it doesn't take up any slots on the FOC. The only downside to it is you cant use the stormraven's transport capabilities with units from the DA codex. I've been toying with making a RW list with that formation as heavy support.
